My undergraduate degree is in psychology; it was my intention to complete graduate school and go into counseling as a professional psychologist. I built this business up for 11 years, and subsequently acquired and ran a second property management company specializing in tourism for 14 years. I learned much about human nature, being a property manager! I figure over those 25 years I worked with and assisted thousands of customers, clients, property owners, vendors, and officials in the public sector. I’ve collaborated with some really dedicated and talented people, individuals who loved their work and had an innate honesty about who they were and how they dealt with others. I’ve also experienced the darker side of human nature, people it seemed who felt you had to loose in order for them to win. I’ve learned to judge a person not by what he or she says, but what they say and do.

I believe that individuals who lack a sense of integrity are in denial about their motivations and where they are headed in life. Over the years, my interest in the mystery of the human psyche and what motivates people to achieve has never waned.
